Our methodology focuses on transparency and traceability. Each event is derived from public registry data with links back to the source record.
Snapshots
We capture trial snapshots from ClinicalTrials.gov and AACT on a recurring cadence.
Each snapshot is preserved so changes can be inspected later.
Diffs
Normalize common fields (status, dates, enrollment, outcomes).
Classify changes into consistent event types for review.
Scoring
Weights severity with phase and enrollment context to prioritize review.
Explains why an event was elevated; not a recommendation.
Confidence
Low‑confidence sponsor mappings are suppressed by default.
Events are labeled when a mapping is uncertain.
Timing caveats
Registries may update after company communications.
Use Trial Changelog to detect changes, then confirm with primary sources.
